What is the Australasian Gaming Expo?
The Australasian Gaming Expo 2022 is one of the world’s greatest hospitality and gaming exhibitions. Business owners, companies, and simply gaming aficionados will gather to witness the emergence of new ideas and technologies, attend educating and enlightening seminars, partner up with other businesses and clients. It is an innovative expo for the gaming industry and is considered to be the biggest gaming expo in all of Australia.
The AGE has been held annually since as far back as 1990. At the time it consisted of less than a hundred participants. And all of them were located in just one hall of the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. About 1,500 visitors have come to the exhibition. Now it doesn’t seem like much, but in 1990 it was considered an enormous success. And the AGE has never stopped growing. That is why in 2018 the exhibition welcomed more than 8,500 unique visitors, that’s about 6 times more than in its debut year. And to this very day, the gaming expo in Sydney displays its fresh and innovative products from the most progressive and passionate exhibitors, ready to bring something new every year. In fact, a lot of the participants claim that the new partnerships acquired at the exhibition have been a major step forward for their businesses. Around 75% of exhibitors come back to participate the next year.

AGE 2022: Time and Place
The 31st Australasian Gaming Expo will be happening from 9 to 11 August. Initially, the exhibition was supposed to happen in 2020, but, like everything else, has been postponed in sight of the COVID-19 pandemic. The event organiser GTA intended for 2021 to be the year, yet it was once again derailed by the same circumstances and the extension of a lockdown.
And, finally, as the world started to heal, the GTA has been green-lighted to hold the exhibition. The long-awaited event can be witnessed at the International Exhibition Centre building at ICC Sydney in Darling Harbour, Halls 1 through 4. An area of 19,000 square metres was allocated specifically for this event. The space is very vast and roomy, so everyone would be comfortable participating in the event as an exhibitor or a visitor, share new achievements and ideas, have inspiring chats and make new partners.
